PolarVillas offers ten of them — all deliberately compact, true to Scandinavian design: smaller in footprint, yet thoughtfully laid out and fully equipped — from a full kitchen to a private sauna. Each apartment carries a Finnish nature name, and within each size the corner apartments are slightly larger.

Every apartment is deliberately compact, true to Scandinavian design: a smaller footprint, intelligently arranged so it feels open and complete. Building B has two floors, each with its own plan — the ground floor more compact and step-free, the first floor with a separate entrance hall and a little more room. Corner units are slightly larger on each floor.

The gondola is around 500 metres away and the Levi Black slope 550 metres. Cross-country and snowmobile trails start at roughly 100 metres, the supermarket is at 200 metres, and Kittilä Airport is 11 kilometres away — about 12 minutes by direct bus.
